Recently, Beeshake organized an #EmpowerMorning on the future of corporate learning. The opportunity to revisit the definition of the learning company, and to co-construct its manifesto. This co-creation took place with HR and training professionals from various companies from all backgrounds. It first found its foundations in the definition of the learning company proposed by Frank La Pinta, digital transformation practitioner and learning specialist.
Definition of the learning company
« A learning company is an organization that establishes a culture, behaviors and processes to promote the development of everyone's skills. This co-construction work has made it possible to bring out some major convictions held by HR and training specialists.
