The application is a SaaS (Software as a Service) web application. This SaaS model is based on the fact that it is installed on servers managed by Beeshake rather than on the end-user's computer. No installation is therefore necessary and access can be made from any computer connected to the Internet (except in the case of a restriction via SSO for example). The installation of the solution on a dedicated environment must be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and requires specific constraints

Beeshake is a solution that allows you to boost your corporate communication or your digital transformation plan, as such, a customised platform with your corporate colours is essential.

So when deploying Beeshake, you can choose the name of your platform, in line with your strategy, so a dedicated URL is possible.

Based on a robust and dynamic architecture, the deployment of a Beeshake instance is done very quickly in a few clicks. However, the deployment of a Beeshake must answer a problematic and this problematic must be thought beforehand.

Beeshake is a Responsive solution having a user friendly interface and working on all browsers (desktop, mobile, tablet).
We made the choice for better performance and accessibility needs to make Beeshake available as a Progressive Web App, so it is possible to simply add the application to the homepage and use it as a native application (also to enjoy push notifications on devices that support this feature).

The platform is a web application developed with recent and stable technologies in compliance with web standards and conventions (top ten OWASP).

The application natively includes a login/password authentication system.
Beeshake is also compatible with SSO, LDPA, Active Directory authentication, as well as access restrictions by IP or email domain.

The platform is hosted in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode by Online SAS or AWS Amazon on redundant servers.

However, data segregation is physical, with each end-customer having its own storage instance via dedicated servers/services and a dedicated URL. All data is stored in Europe.

The Beeshake solution offers a complete API allowing to interface with all types of information systems. The methods of reading, creating, editing, deleting are native to all Beeshake applications.

Beeshake takes into account the sensitivity of its customers' data and the potential risks to which they are exposed in order to define appropriate security measures to deal with these risks and make the residual risks acceptable.  

The security measures implemented by Beeshake take into account the state of the art technology and comply with the Industry Security Standards.

All data is stored in France and or Europe as required.

User identification data can be deleted and anonymised as required.
