What is the point of Beeshake?
Efficient, low-cost, easy-to-deploy and easy-to-use solution to enable all companies, regardless of their size, to benefit from the advantages of a good internal communication, collaboration, training and ideation tool.
In what form is the Beeshake solution available?
The application is a SaaS (Software as a Service) web application. This SaaS model is based on the fact that it is installed on the servers managed by Beeshake rather than on the end user's workstation. No installation is therefore necessary and access can be made from any workstation connected to the Internet (except in the case of a restriction via SSO for example). The installation of the solution on a dedicated environment must be treated on a case-by-case basis and requires specific constraints

Is Beeshake white label friendly?
Beeshake is a solution that allows you to boost your corporate communication or your digital transformation plan. As such, a personalized platform in the colors of your structure is essential.
So when deploying Beeshake you have the choice of the name of your platform, in line with your strategy, also a dedicated URL is possible.
How quickly can Beeshake be deployed?
Based on a robust and dynamic architecture, the deployment of a Beeshake instance is done very quickly in a few clicks. However, the deployment of a Beeshake must respond to a problem and this problem must be thought about in advance.
In fact, it is necessary to be able to decide in advance:
- the team that will run the platform,
- from different communities,
- community administrators/facilitators,
- of a group of people to ensure the pilot,
- etc.
All of these points are important to ensure the success of the deployment and strong buy-in from your community(ies).

Is Beeshake available on mobile?
Beeshake is a Responsive solution with a user-friendly interface and working on all browsers (desktop, mobile, tablet).
We have chosen for better performance and accessibility needs to make Beeshake available as a Progressive Web App, so it is possible to simply add the application to the home page and use it as a native application (also to benefit from push notifications on devices compatible with this feature).
What is the security level?
The platform is a web application developed with recent and stable technologies in compliance with web standards and conventions (OWASP top ten).
The application natively includes an authentication system with login/password.
Beeshake is also compatible with SSO, LDPA, Active Directory authentication, as well as access restrictions by IP or email domain.
Where is Beeshake hosted?
The platform is hosted in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode via the company Online SAS or AWS Amazon on redundant servers.
Data segregation is however done physically, with each end customer having their own storage instance, via servers/services and a dedicated URL. All data is stored in Europe.
Is an API available?
The Beeshake solution offers a complete API to interface with all types of information systems. The methods for reading, creating, editing and deleting are native to all Beeshake applications.
What about GDPR?
Beeshake takes into account the sensitivity of its customers' data and the potential risks to which they are exposed to define adequate security measures to address these risks and make residual risks acceptable.
The security measures implemented by Beeshake take into account the state of the technological art and comply with Industry Standards in terms of security.
All data is stored in France and/or in Europe as required.
User identification data has the option to be deleted and anonymized as needed.
