Why engage in collaborative CSR? Because the war for talent is raging on the job market. The challenge for companies is to differentiate themselves, and CSR is an essential lever for standing out. Indeed, talents are looking for meaning and want their company to take into account social, societal and environmental issues .

In this context, Cospirit Groupe makes it a point of honor to activate collaborative CSR ! Olivier Delavoye, co-founder and CEO of Cospirit Groupe, tells us about it in an enriching interview.

Hello, I'm Olivier Delavoye, co-founder and CEO of Cospirit Group.

What is Cospirit Groupe?

Cospirit is a group of media agencies that has been in existence for almost 30 years.

How did collaborative CSR start at Cospirit Groupe?

First of all, CSR at Cospirit started a bit like Mr Jourdain: we were doing CSR without knowing it. The first step was a group of volunteers called "EcoSpirit". So, they got hold of the CSR topics and started to work on them.

How did CSR topics gain momentum?

Last spring, we brought together half of the company foran open forum anda 5-year plan called BLOOM. The employees addressed all the subjects they wanted. Today, CSR topics, around a theme called "Sustainable Growth", are really central to our development.

Is collaborative CSR a common topic?

Cospirit has always given a lot of importance to the collective and even more so to CSR issues where it is important to getthe employees on board. In short, the CSR strategic plan cannot be a plan that only comes from the management and remains in the drawers. Collaborative CSR concerns all the actors in the company.

Thus, the important thing is toinvolve all employees above all. To do this, we are lucky to have a subsidiary at Cospirit: Beeshake, a collective intelligence platform. At Cospirit, we use this platform, which we have branded and which is called "Beespirit". It allows us, today, to involve all our employees in our CSR strategy.
