The One Day One Idea platform

Worldline is rolling out Beeshake under the name "One Day One Idea", enabling employees to propose measurable innovation ideas that can generate earnings potential.

A two-pronged approach is used:

- Throughout the year, employees come up with innovative ideas on business topics to reduce errors and generate savings in processing time.
- During 2-month challenges, employees come up with ideas on broader topics, notably around CSR.
